To make a return

Write to us by email (contact@omeatelier.ch) with your order number or your first and last name, specifying whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
Send the parcel with your order number or your first and last name written on a small post-it to the following address:
Omé, Rue des Sociétés 1, 2615 Sonvilier

Return conditions

If the items received are not damaged, they must be returned intact and complete within 30 days after receiving your parcel in order to be refunded. Return shipping costs are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are covered by us.

Items damaged upon receipt are either refunded or replaced with another item. If an item breaks without reason within 100 days after receipt, do not hesitate to write to us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude any obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to allow us to remedy it.
