Prices

The prices in this catalogue are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed.

Items benefiting from a warranty are subject to the terms of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect from the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the document you received by email (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is null in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Omé Sàrl (formerly L’Atelier Chouchou). In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms

Payment methods: Twint and credit cards.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, and any dispute will be handled by the Bernese District Court.
