If your item breaks for no reason within 100 days of purchase, we'll refund you or send you a new one of your choice with the same value as the one you ordered - the choice is yours!

You won't pay any delivery costs in Switzerland!

Normally, you will receive your order within 2 to 6 business days of placing your order if you live in Switzerland.

Please feel free to leave us a message if you need to receive it faster.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it to us if you are not happy with it.

There is no justification to give if you decide to send it back to us.
